The start of 2019

I am feeling decidedly more upbeat this January than in the past - I have notoriously fallen into the overtired, slightly blah feeling of January after Christmas but we seem a bit less busy this January and we've done more fun things so I am fighting off those January blues nicely :) I know people everywhere are sharing motivating quotes, resolutions, and goals for the new year - which I do love to browse through - and here are a few posts/articles/ideas that I found particularly interesting and worth sharing.

Seven mini-resolutions that will make your year better in some way. I loved that these are tiny small things that you could do once or twice and might just brighten things up even a little bit.

This post was interesting to me if you are back on a healthy eating/exercising train.

If your new year's goals include anything to do with parenting, this post is excellent and action-oriented too.

An interesting concept for productivity - I think I need to apply this more to meal prep.

An amazing spreadsheet that you can adapt to meet your needs and track your books read (it will do all the analysis for you! I love this!!) This would be great if your resolution is to read more! Mine is actually to read a bit less, or at least be more selective with my books. This spreadsheet focuses on tracking reading challenges, if that's something you like too!

I love this approach to new year's resolutions which reminds me of Steph's posts like this each month last year.

And, finally, I have to give one more big shout out to my favourite online yogi and her 30-day Dedicate program which I am loving so far.

I'll be back tomorrow to share some more personal goals and things I'm looking forward to this year!!! :)
